We deliver our approved drone pilot training as well as other specialist industry qualifications under our subsidiary company and brand; the Australian Unmanned Systems Academy Pty Ltd (AUSA). A 100% wholly owned company of V-TOL, Australian RTO holding number: 45260.

AUSA is a global leader in qualifying individuals in the commercial operation and use of drones, both Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). It has a proven track record with over 300 successful graduates from seven different nations, government agencies and ASX 200 companies. As an RTO, it now delivers Certificate Level tertiary qualifications.

The majority of our courses and activities are held near Brisbane in South East Queensland. We offer first class facilities at a convenient location where students can be accommodated near by at a reasonable price. AUSA offers unique packages to deliver its enterprise level education and drone training services.

We regularly receive clients from abroad and nationwide, and in some cases, we will travel to clients within Australia to provide drone pilot training.

Not only does AUSA provide drone training, it also provide advisory services to Australian industry and government agencies in the acquisition, capability development, implementation & sustainment of this technology within their organisations.

V-TOL & AUSA personnel sit on the CASA Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Standards Subcommittee and its industry Working Groups. This participation provides visibility and input that assists V-TOL in being at the forefront of the industry.

As well as providing RPAS (drone) training courses, AUSA also delivers conferences, workshops and specialist programs to meet the needs of the individual or organisation entering this exciting and emerging global industry.
