With nearly 35 years as a licensed CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (L.A.M.E) and FAA Aircraft Mechanical Engineer (A.M.E) working on numerous military and commercial aircraft types, Bruno comes highly qualified from the manned aircraft aviation industry to lead the unmanned aircraft (UA) maintenance support team at the V-TOL Group.
Further to his core engineering qualifications, Bruno also holds his private pilot's license (PPL), a Diploma of Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Bruno is qualified to instruct in the delivery of Unmanned Systems training through V-TOL's Australian Unmanned Systems Academy (AUSA).
Bruno's qualifications and experience support V-TOL's strategy to map across from over 100 years of manned aviation experience the key ingredients required to develop a safe and sustainable commercial UA industry.
In addition to being a key member of the V-TOL Group's maintenance support team, Bruno is part of the UA capability development team and currently contributes to various V-TOL and (UATAR) projects that include UA operations, training, systems and documentation design.
